PUMA builds on presence in Singapore market

Global sports brand PUMA has launched an online store in Singapore and two new physical stores in Jewel Changi Airport and ION Orchard as part of its expansion plans. With these new additions, PUMA aims to reinforce its status as one of the top sportswear brands with the "biggest footprint" in Singapore, and looks to continue seeking opportunities to expand its reach.

Its newly launched eCommerce site includes features to better complement in-store services as well as achieve customer buying experience. In addition, the sports brand looks to allow users the ability to view and understand PUMA products through descriptive details. As such, each product will have a detailed breakdown of the materials and product care. The online site will also feature exclusive drops at different seasons.

As an introductory promotion, PUMA is also providing a 10% discount off regular-priced items exclusively online, for a limited period of time. In celebration of this, its newly launched basketball shoes Clyde Court Disrupt, Purple Glow and Ocean Drive will be available exclusively on PUMA online store in limited quantities.

Meanwhile, apart from online, PUMA also aims to bolster its physical footprint in Singapore. With the opening of two new stores in Singapore, PUMA's total store count adds up to 10. The ION Orchard store opened its doors on 29 March, while the largest PUMA store in Singapore was unveiled during the Jewel Changi Airport launch.
